  • If something shows up damaged or incorrect, email us at s.altman@magnafins.com with your order number and a few photos—we’ll take care of it.

    Please hang on to the original packaging, as shipping carriers may need it to process a claim.

  • Items must be:

    • Unused, in new, resellable condition

    • Returned undamaged in original protective packaging

    Non-Returnable Items

    • Custom imprinted or special-order items (unless defective)

    • Installed adhesive based products

    • Clearance items

    • Buyer is responsible for return shipping*

    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

    *If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll cover return shipping and replacement.

    • Issued to original payment method

    • Processed within 3–5 business days after inspection of returned items

    • International buyers responsible for import fees/duties/tariffs as these rates are out of our control and vary greatly.
